ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna, under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act within a period of four weeks from today.
