Learned counsel for the Power Company submits that in fact the contempt application was preferred alleging violation of the order dated 28.11.2013 passed in pending writ application.

Patna High Court MJC No.1688 of 2015 (4) dt.04-09-2018 This said order was an interim order and during pendency of this application the said writ application has been disposed off without granting any relief to the petitioner.

Taking note of the above, this Court would not proceed the contempt application.

It is dismissed.
