Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 409 of 2015 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332, 333, 152, and 153(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Referring to the prosecution case he submits that the name of the petitioners roped in the instant case on account of communal tension between the two communities. Learned counsel submits that there is absolutely no

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced other coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 12788 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 16959 of 201 as well as Cr. Misc. No. 25493 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 4781 of 2018, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 409 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
