JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 337, 427/32 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioners and informant are neighbours and there is case and counter case between the parties. In the present case, the written report of the informant itself goes to show that no person had sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and it appears that the alleged occurrence took place on account of petty feud.

No.76477 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 268 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
