1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this application.

2. Learned senior counsel appearing for the Bihar Public Service Commission submits that the petitioner filed the present writ application being aggrieved by his nonselection on the post of Assistant Professor in Psychology advertised in the year 2014.

3. Learned counsel further submits that the selection process for the year 2014 has already been completed and after 2014, the appointment on the post of Assistant Professor

Patna High Court CWJC No.12307 of 2019(4) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 was started in the year 2019 and that too has come to an end.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this writ application has become infructuous, accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
