The petitioner is directed to make a suitable representation ventilating his grievance and also seeking extension of time for vacating the subject premises along with the copy of the orders/judgments relied by them within a period of two weeks from today. On such representation being given the authority shall consider the same on its own merits duly taking into account the orders passed by the Courts in Manohar Bachani Vrs. Union of India & Ors. W.P.(C) No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7962 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 12398 of 2024 decided on 11.09.2024, Sree Venkateswara Enterprises Vrs. Union of India & Ors. W.P.(C) No. 225 of 2025, decided on 10.01.2025 and Arvind Kumar Vrs. Union of India & Ors. W.P.(C) No. 720 of 2025 decided on 20.01.2025 or any other judgments relied within a period of two weeks thereof. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. Till such time the authorities take a decision the possession of the petitioner shall not be disturbed.
