2. This application has been filed for cancellation of the order dated 18.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11180 of 2015 in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 278 of 2014 on the ground of suppression of facts.

3. The primary contention of the petitioner is that the opposite party no. 02 has suppressed the fact that the title suit was filed by the petitioner.

4. From the impugned order, it appears that the same has been passed taking into account the pendency of the title

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36731 of 2015(4) dt.13-03-2026 2/2 suit and in the opinion of this Court, no case for interference is made out.
