2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Danpur P.S. Case No.102 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Section 308(2) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner has kidnapped one of the staff of the informant, namely, Md. Sultan.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the order of the learned trial court it is clear that the victim was recovered and his statement was recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS wherein he has stated that the petitioner has kidnapped him for money. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

As per the case of the prosecution the petitioner was an employee of the informant and as he demands the arrear of the wages, he has been framed in this case. It has further been submitted that petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 31.01.2026.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned A.C.J.M.- I, Danapur(Patna) in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.102 of 2026.
