JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Agion (Garahani) P. S. case no. 19/2018.
All sections are bailable in nature except sections 354 and 379 of the IPC, However, it is obvious from perusal of written report that sections 354 and 379 of the IPC appear to have been added in written report with a view to make the offence graver.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73377 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Bhojpur at Ara in Agion (Garahani) P. S. case no. 19/2018 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
