Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections364,448,427 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the petitioner is having three more cases of similar nature pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in custody since, 30.05.2014. Nonetheless, the aforesaid period of judicial custody will not disentitle him to renew his prayer for bail after completing the period of one year of his judicial custody.

With the aforesaid observation the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected for the present.
