The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application on behalf of the above-named petitioner for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner and pay their salaries from the date of their respective joining alongwith compound interest @ 10% per annum till the date of payment

Patna High Court CWJC No.9790 of 2015(2) dt.17-08-2023 2/2 and/or any other appropriate writ/direction as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that the grievances of the petitioner has already stood redressed inasmuch as his services have already been regularized.

Accordingly, no lis survives for consideration, hence the present writ petition stands dismissed.
