Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The petitioner has filed the present application for initiation of contempt against the opposite parties on the ground that the order dated 30.11.2023, passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10955 of 2022 has been violated, inasmuch as the petitioner is not being paid his salary from the date of the impugned order till the issuance of letter by opposite party on

Patna High Court MJC No.1575 of 2024(3) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 22.05.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the impugned order dated 09.06.2022 passed in Appeal No. 113 of 2021 by State Appellate Authority, Patna has been stayed by this Court pending disposal of the writ petition, the petitioner is entitled to be paid the salary between 09.06.2022 till May, 2024.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that an interim order has been granted by this Court and in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has been allowed to discharge his duties as Teacher w.e.f. 22.05.2024 and he has been paid salary regularly after 22.05.2024. There is no direction in the interim order passed by this Court to pay the back wages of the petitioner w.e.f. 09.06.2022.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the order passed by this Court, I do not find any merit in the present contempt petition, accordingly the same is dismissed.
