1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(a) To direct respondent authorities along with

Patna High Court CWJC No.8167 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 the private respondents No.6 and 7 to maintain Status Quo on the land in question restraining them from evicting the petitioner and his other relatives. (b) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions, commanding upon the state respondents to institute F.I.R. against the Private Respondent No.7 for her unlawful activities and to find out the truth of transaction of Rs. 82,00,000/- in the account of Respondent No.6 as has been recorded in sale deed bearing deed No.5137 on oath dated 15.03.2024.

(c) To declare the document as void ab initio, i.e. the sale deed bearing deed no. 5137 dated 15.03.2024, executed by the respondent no. 6 in favour of respondent no. 7."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
