That this is an application to pass appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions in the nature of mandamus directing upon the Respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner on the post of Sweeper under the Bihar State Schedule Caste Co-operative Development Corporation Ltd. Who is working from 26.11.10 on temporary basis."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition in view of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15997 of 2015(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 the fact that the petitioner has already preferred one another writ petition bearing CWJC No. 15924 of 2016.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
