In view of the submission made above, this application is allowed and the order dated 10.07.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3614 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the designation and address of respondent no. 4 in cause title as well as in paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition shall be read as 'SubInspector (Excise), Town-cum-Nabinagar Block, Aurangabad (Bihar)' in place of 'Officer In-charge, Aurangabad Mufassil Police Station'.
