The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P. S. Case No. 57 of 1998 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 302 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no allegation of any specific overt act against this petitioner. In the written report it is alleged that petitioner with other five named accused persons and about 500 villagers had surrounded three persons in the village and there was tension in the village between the two community as mentioned in the written report. It is further alleged that informant got information that two persons have been killed. In this manner from the written report itself it

Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 9th Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P. S. Case No. 57 of 1998 , S.
