The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 12-02-2015 passed by the learned J.M. 1st Class., Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Complaint Case No. 736 of 2014, whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-complainant seeks permission to withdraw this application for raising the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.659 of 2016(5) dt.20-09-2023 2/2 issue that the ingredients of offences under other sections are also made out, at the appropriate stage.
