From perusal of the order sheet, it is evident that vide order dated 18.01.2016 cognizance has already been taken. Petitioner has prayed for quashing of the FIR which, in the background of aforesaid development could not be adjudicated upon. In the background of further development as detailed hereinabove, this petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
