The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2021 registered under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 307 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to suspicion. Further submission is that the recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the joint family house of the petitioner, as is evident from Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

P.S. Case No. 01 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
