JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-10-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondents concerned to grant Double Accident benefit to the petitioner whose father was died (Policy holder) in a road accident. The deceased having two policies of L.I.C. in his name and without any cogent reason the same was not paid to the petitioner, who is the nominee of both the policies.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that alternative remedy by approaching the Consumer Forum is available to the petitioner, which has not been availed.
