Mr.Vinay Kriti Singh ( Ga2 ) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in not removing the encroachment over a public road.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has time and again approached the Circle Officer for removal of the encroachment but the Circle Officer, Motipur, Muzaffarpur is sitting tight over the matter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9818 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Motipur, Muzaffarpur to register a regular case and after hearing the stakeholders including the encroachers, the Circle Officer shall pass appropriate order in connection with removal of the encroachment. The entire exercise in this regard shall be completed within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
