JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. For commanding the respondents to enquire into the matter of forgery in large scale in order to grab the government land meant for the public purpose by respondents no. 10 to 41 and the Revenue office at Block, SubDivisional and District level in getting the land recorded in their name and prohibiting the villagers from utilizing the public land.
ii. For commanding the State respondents to enquire into the role of state officials and register FIR against the respondents no. 10 to 41 who are involved in allowing the issuance of rent receipt of the government land,
4/4 situated in Lardu, P.O-Dema, P.SMohanpur, District-Gaya. iii. For commanding the State respondents to protect the public land for proper utilization of the land situated in situated in Lardu, P.ODema, P.S.-Mohanpur, District-Gaya. iv. Also, commanding the District Collector, Gaya to cancel parwana of the land related to Bhu Daan Land which is evident from the representation dated 27/12/22 as contained in Annexure P/2."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
