Patna High Court CWJC No.8737 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 and 3 directed to take departmental proceeding against the respondent No. 6 who is District Sub Registrar Saran at Chapra without proper verification of market value under lower value executed sale deed dated 28/8/2020 due to fault, negligence and laches on the part of respondent No. 6 the government lost substantial money. Hence fit case to initiate Departmental Proceeding against the erring Officer i.e. Respondent No.6 (which is contained in Annexure 1 to the writ application."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.
