2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate Writ, Rule or Direction commanding upon the respondent authorities for providing the compensation amount

2/4 to the petitioner against his ancestral land pertaining to Khata No.109 bearing its Survey Plot No.2412 measuring an area of 1 Kattha 18 Dhur, the land pertaining to Khata No.109 bearing its Survey Plot No.2425 measuring an area of 9 Kattha 19 Dhur and the land pertaining to Khata No.110 bearing its Survey Plot No.2390 measuring an area of 4 Kattha 17 Dhur, hence the land measuring total area of 16 Kattha 14 Dhur situated in the village Tal Puraina under police station Mashrak in the district of Saran at Chapra which has been acquired by the Land Acquisition Department, Saran at Chapra for the purpose of making construction of Marhowrah Diesel Locomotive Factory, over the said land, by making recovery of the said compensation amount from Respondent No. 9 & 10 who illegally have received the compensation amount against the said acquired ancestral land of the petitioner by playing fraud and manufacturing forged documents having no title over the said land.

3/4 Also for issuance of direction to the Respondent No.4 for taking necessary action upon petitioner's application dated 04.12.2019 filed before Respondent No.4 for getting provided the petitioner the compensation amount against the ancestral land situated in village Tal Puraina under police station Marhowrah in the district of Saran measuring the total area of 16 Kathas 14 Dhur as aforesaid, acquired by the Land Acquisition Department, Saran at Chapra for the purpose of making construction of Marhowrah Diesel Locomotive Factory over the said land and thereby to dispose of the said application filed by the petitioner.

Also for directing the respondents for getting conducted an enquiry to find out the actual owner of the aforesaid land in question acquired by the Land Acquisition Department, Saran at Chapra and thereby to take appropriate legal action in accordance with law against the person/persons who have been found guilty for having been

4/4 indulged in playing fraud for obtaining the compensation amount against such land for which they are not entitled to and over the same they are having no title.

Also for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the Collector, Saran at Chapra (respondent no. 4) looks into the matter and passes a reasoned order.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the Collector, Saran at Chapra (respondent no. 4) within a period of four weeks who shall be duty bound to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, at an earliest.
