Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Andharathadhi P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case purposefully to pressurize the petitioners not to pursue their case. From the allegations levelled in the first information report, no case under section 307 I.P.C. is made out. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73968 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andharathadhi P.S.
