Petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No.373 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 295-A, 153A/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 66-A of the I.T. Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2018 having clean antecedents. In the written report, it is alleged that police got information that some altercation had taken place between Hindu and Muslim community for damaging the idol of Maa Durga.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S.
