2. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 07.12.2016 passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Patna in Complaint Case No. 2855(C)/2015 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioner for the offence under Section 138 of the N.I.Act.
3. As per the report of the Court concerned, vide letter no. 39/2026 dated 21.02.2026, it is informed that Complaint Case No. 2855/2015 has already been disposed of on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73309 of 2018(4) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 02.09.2022 and the petitioner has been acquitted.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case has become infructuous, accordingly, the same may be disposed of.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the present case is disposed of having become infructuous.
