In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 48.600 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has also got criminal antecedent in similar nature. Looking to the quantity of liquor recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
