2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of appropriate Writ or Writs, direction or directions to Respondents to exclude the land situated in Village-Satwariya in the District of West Champaran bearing
Patna High Court CWJC No.18699 of 2017(3) dt.24-06-2025 2/3 Khata No. 2, Plot No. 286 Area-1 Bigha from Auction which is proposed to Auction of Bettiah Estate lands between 3" January to 10th of February 2018, as published in the Daily Dainik News paper Hindustan on 17/11/2017 in Muzaffarpur Edition contain in Annexure 10 the land settled by Bettiah Raj in the name of Vidya Missir grand-father of petitioner;
(ii) further to declare that aforesaid land settled by Bettiah Estate after 1896 by Manager of Raj which was in possession of Vidya Missir, the grand father of petitioner who was performing Puja of Brahm Asthan which is in the area of 9 Katha finally settled during 1955 and grand father and after his death is son and thereafter grand sons paid rent to Bettiah Raj, and when Zamindari
Patna High Court CWJC No.18699 of 2017(3) dt.24-06-2025 3/3 vested the land vested in State the land was mutated in the name of Vidya Missir grand father of petitioner and paying Rent regularly.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has grievance against the newspaper report as the land in question was settled long back, learned State Counsel submits that pursuant to the different orders of Patna High Court, if the petitioner has any grievance, he could have moved before the Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna for the redressal of his grievance.
4. The writ petition is disposed of.
