This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) To quash the memo no. 137 dated 27.02.2024 passed by the District Programme Officer Establishment whereby and where under petitioner has put under suspension fixing his head quarter at Block Resources Centre , Ghailadh contemplating a departmental proceeding on a wrong and non-existent ground.

3 . The grounds on which petitioner seeks quashing of the order of suspension is subject matter of department proceeding which has already been initiated on 19.04.2024 against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8082 of 2024(2) dt.26-11-2024 2/2 petitioner whereby Praptra " K " has been served upon the petitioner. At this stage , this Court cannot look into the sufficiency of grounds.

4. In that view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the concerned authority to conclude the departmental proceeding which has been initiated against petitioner, within a period of six months from the date of copy/production of this order.

5 . Accordingly , the writ application stands disposed of with aforesaid observations.
