JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23/06/2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that from the house of the petitioner one country made pistol, eight live cartridges and four used cartridges were recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery cannot be treated to be from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the nature of recovery, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
