It appears from FIR that there is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of firing on the deceased, causing his death and it further appears that during investigation one of the witnesses has named this petitioner as he fired and caused death to the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 6.4.2018 and there is no substantial progress in trial.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
