2. In the instant writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- "1. That this present writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ to direct the respondent authorities to consider the applications filed by the petitioners respectively, to pay the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10432 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 compensation of their dwelling houses which has been constructed in Khata No. 317 plot No. 1597 situated at Mauza Sio, Thana No. 443 Anchal Bhabua, District Kaimur at Bhabua, and being acquired to construct the Bharat Mala Project phage-II (Lot-9, Package-3) Varanasi - Ranchi - Kolkata Express Way. Though the compensation amount of their land has been fixed to the rate of Domicile but no compensation amount has been assessed/paid for their dwelling houses which are going to be demolished."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ petition in order to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority.

4. In view of the above, the present Writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Authority concerned to decide the issue of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation/Appeal by the petitioner.
