The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.16110 of 2015(3) dt.08-09-2023 2/3 "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or order and direction to the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, including other state respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2014 and pass reasoned order for regularisation of the petitioner from the daily wage employee to the regular establishment in the light of judgment and order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 05.01.2012 in C.W.J.C.No.7053 of 2006, the judgment and order dated 08.05.2012 passed in C.W.J.C.No.

2256 of 2012 reported in 2012 (4) PLJR page 419 and 401 respectively and it is further prayed that till the petitioner's matter is pending for enquiry and final decision before the respondent state, he may be allowed to work as daily wage employee as being chaukidar as has been working since 01.02.1982 in the Government Dharmshala at Rangaon, district- Munger with his due/current salary/wages since January, 2010 and/or pass such other order or orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

At the outset, it is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence the same be
