The petitioners complain of illegal mining by M/S Westnik Trading Pvt.Ltd at Sripur Sand Ghat on Falgu River in the district of Gaya.
Patna High Court CWJC No.11641 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 A counter affidavit has been filed at the instance of the Mining Department and who after making enquiry into the allegation have submitted its report waiving of the allegations. Apart from the fact that the writ petition appears to suffer defect of parties, the counter affidavit of the Mining Department enclosing the report clears the doubts on the allegations.
The writ petition is disposed of.
