The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the present writ petition is being preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs order/ orders direction/ directions for consideration, adjudication and final decision regarding his regularization against a regular vacant post taken to consideration his continuous service as a daily wager since 1985 as a gate-operator under Madarpur in District of Siwan, in terms of light reflected under policy decision of the Government specifically and

Patna High Court CWJC No.18469 of 2015(3) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 categorically on point of regularization of an employee who have Worked for long time and for other necessary relief/reliefs to the basis of facts and circumstances and case as an enumerated hereinafter."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
