2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 16989 of 2007.

3. A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 2 Annexure-A whereof being an order contained in memo no. 1127 dated 05.03.2019 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 3513 of 2017 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is
