Patna High Court CWJC No.9240 of 2022(3) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 vehemently for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to pursue his I.A No. 19 of 2020 in CWJC No. 6684 of 2010 based on which it was being submitted that in garb of the order passed in PIL, i.e., CWJC No. 6684 of 2010, the district authorities have demolished the boundary wall of the petitioner on the land which is situated adjacent to campus of SKMCH.
