2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 309(4), 127(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Allegation of snatching gold chain along with locket, ring, purse having cash of Rs.7,000/- and mobile phone from the informant, while he was coming on his motorcycle, is made against four unknown miscreants.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the FIR and only on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Jai Mangal Chaudhary and Kundan Kumar, his name is transpired in this case. There is no recovery of any incriminating material from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Except

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32838 of 2025(2) dt.20-05-2025 2/2 the confessional statement of co-accused persons, there is no material against the petitioner. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 258 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
