The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10223 of 2021 for making necessary correction in the name of the father of the petitioner as well as address of the petitioner.

It appears from the record of Cr. Misc. No. 10223 of 2021, the petitioner has given the name of the father of the petitioner as well as address of the petitioner as recorded in the record of the Cr. Misc. 10223 of 2021 which has been mentioned in order dated 29.06.2021. Apart from that a Vakalatnama of the petitioner reveals that the name of the father

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46562 of 2021(5) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 as well as address of the petitioner was mentioned in the Vakalatnama as same as in the record of the Cr. Misc. No. 10223 of 2021.

I am not inclined to modify the order dated 29.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10223 of 2021. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh.
