JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019, G.R. No. 1018 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has been made accused for robbery of a delivery van and goods valued at Rs. 1,41,608. The FIR was lodged against unknown persons and nothing was recovered either from the conscious possession or from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28.2.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was not named in the FIR, let the

Case No. 76 of 2019, G.R. No. 1018 of 2019.
