The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the informant received information about the dead body of her son having been found in the shop of the petitioner's son.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. It appears that the son of the informant who is a small time thief was electrocuted in course of committing theft in the petitioner's shop and the said fact is also supported from the postmortem report. The petitioner is in custody since 23.5.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the material on record including the contents of the postmortem report and the petitioner having remained in custody for 10 months, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case no. 223 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
