The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 328, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith others committed the murder of son of informant by administering him poison.

Petitioner is wife of the deceased and she has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Informant is not eyewitness of the occurrence. It is further submitted that being frustrated because of unemployment, husband of the petitioner committed suicide. During course of investigation, no material has been collected to show complicity of the petitioner in the aforesaid crime. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33472 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
