The petitioner seeks appointment as Anganwadi Sevika on compassionate ground. The petitioner claims to be the daughter-in-law of the erstwhile Anganwadi Sevika who died
Patna High Court CWJC No.544 of 2018(4) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 while she was serving as Anganwadi Sevika for the Center in question.
Petitioner's counsel, however, has not been able to show that the petitioner's mother-in-law was in Government employment and that the Scheme of compassionate appointment would extend to Anganwadi Sevika. Petitioner has not been able to make out any legally enforceable right for compassionate appointment.
There is no occasion for this Court to issue any direction for her compassionate appointment.
