2. Learned AC to AG submits that Shri Krishna Kumar Singh, Sub-Inspector of Police, Parsa Bazar Police Station, Patna has verified the allegations. He inquired from the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.957 of 2026(3) dt.11-05-2026 2/3 wife of the petitioner. The wife of the petitioner has disclosed that the petitioner was indulging in causing torture to his wife and his children. Being anxious of the future of her both the children, the wife of the petitioner left the petitioner on her own will and volition. She is living with her children. She is also earning her livelihood outside and has expressed apprehension to her safety and security in the hand of the petitioner. She denied that there is any role of Mithilesh Singh, Reema Devi, Kavita Devi, Ravi Sir and Vivek Kumar. She sent a written application on the Whats App number to the I.O.

3. Learned AC to AG submits that in the writ petition, the petitioner has purposely suppressed the fact that his son Mohit Kumar aged about 16 years has also left with his mother.

4. Having regard to the report placed before this Court, we are of the considered opinion that this writ application is wholly misconceived and misdirected. The petitioner has unnecessarily made this Court to indulge in the writ petition which suffers from suppression of facts and baseless allegations.

5. We, therefore, dismiss the writ application with a cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) which shall be deposited by the petitioner with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within one month from today.

6. Needless to say that if the petitioner has any matrimonial discord or any other issue with his wife and children, this order shall not come in his way in seeking any appropriate remedy, as may be available to him in accordance with law.
