Patna High Court CWJC No.405 of 2018(4) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 inspection made on 18.2.2021, it has been found that there is no obstruction in the said Nala. Accordingly, nothing survives for adjudication, hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
