The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 325, 308, 379, 504, 354, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in short, is that all the accused persons, named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners, armed with lathi, danda and rod came at the house of informant and assaulted him and his family members, as a result of which, three persons sustained injury.

Doctor has found the injuries to be simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33470 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 837 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
