The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2022 in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 249 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30(a), 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 130 litres of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 21.05.2022, he shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna, District

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33012 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 Patna, in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 249 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Excise Court on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
