JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 21-02-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

The respondent-plaintiff has filed the Eviction Suit No. 04/2010 which is pending in the Court of sub-Judge-12, Chapra. The petitioner filed a petition to be impleaded as party under Order 1 Rule 10 on the basis of sale deed in his favour. Learned court below by the impugned order has directed the petitioner to file the sale deed before the order is passed. I do not see any reason for interference in the impugned order. Accordingly, it is disposed of.

If the petitioner files the sale deed as mentioned in the impugned order, his petition must be disposed of as early as possible on the merit without being prejudiced by this order.
