Learned counsel for the State with the help of supplementary show cause submits that the order stands complied.
According to para-7 of the said supplementary show cause filed in compliance of the order, the 'Jamabandi' has been created in the name of Jay Karan Lal son of Heera Lal Sah. It has further been submitted in para-9 that if the petitioner has still any grievance, the same will be taken up in accordance with law.
There is no rejoinder to the supplementary show cause
Patna High Court MJC No.3579 of 2017(4) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 neither there is any appearance on behalf of the petitioner. This Court is convinced that the order stands complied.
